At Corby, we recognize that our people are our greatest asset, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace that values diversity and promotes well-being. Corby values diversity of views, experience, skill sets, gender and ethnicity and believe in attracting and retaining the best talent requires considering a diverse set of skills and backgrounds. The Board is committed to diversity and inclusion at all levels.
Additionally, we are focused on becoming “best in class” in the Wines & Spirits industry for Health & Safety, working diligently towards zero accidents among our employees and interim staff. This means we are striving to eliminate occupational hazards accidents, and other safety concerns, so that we’ll achieve zero lost time resulting from injuries. The week of May 6-10th 2024, was dedicated to “Health and Safety Week” in which Corby rolled out the Be the One Campaign. Employees located in an office, production site or in the sales field, all participated in safety trainings and educated on safety topics including Slips, Trips & Falls, Safe Driving, Responsible Consumption, etc.
Looking into 2025/2026, Corby is aligning it’s practices with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Human Rights, ensuring that our operations uphold the highest standards of respect and dignity for all individuals involved in our business.
